«Koh-Lanta»: Les 17 candidats sont rentrés à Paris

Les 17 candidats qui devaient participer au jeu d'aventures aux côtés de Gérald Babin, mort il y a trois jours lors de la première journée de tournage, sont de retour chez eux. Ils sont arrivés ce lundi 6h30 l'aéroport de Roissy, et ont été reçus dans la matinée au siège de TF1, rapporte Le Parisien. Nonce Paolini, le président de la chaîne, Jean-François Lancellier, le directeur des programmes et de l'antenne, ainsi que des représentants d'ALP (Adventure Line Productions) étaient présents. Plusieurs psychologues étaient également sur place, selon Télé Loisirs.

Au même moment, une cérémonie religieuse s'est tenue au Cambodge en hommage Gérald Babin, 9 heures (heure française), en présence de neuf de ses proches, du patron d'ALP, Franck Firmin-Guion, et de l'animateur Denis Brogniart. Selon Le Parisien, un psychologue, envoyé au Cambodge par la production, était également présent. Les obsèques de Gérald Babin devraient être célébrées cette semaine Grez-sur-Loing (Seine-et-Marne), dans la commune de ses parents.

Denis Brogniart est «vraiment touché» par le drame, confie un représentant de TF1 Télé Loisirs. Il «respecte la demande la famille. Elle souhaite le plus grand silence et notre mot d'ordre, c'est de respecter et d'accompagner la famille.» Concernant l'avenir de l'émission, «il était évident d'annuler cette saison dans la seconde, mais rien n'a encore été décidé concernant la suite. Il est encore beaucoup trop tôt», assure encore la chaîne Télé Loisirs.
